Tormek jig for long knives

Description

This well-balanced, patented jig provides extra stability when sharpening knives with long, flexible blades, such as filleting knives. With the KJ-140, you achieve symmetrical sharpening at the same angle on both sides of the blade. Regardless of blade thickness and geometry, it centers in the jig, giving you the same result on both bevels. The longer clamp stabilizes the flex blades to prevent them from bending, so you get the same angle and pressure throughout the bevel.
